Disinfecting Wipes
These have been left for you at the entrance to sanitize anything you might want to sanitize as you settle into your stay. The home has been thoroughly cleaned but if you're a germaphobe these wipes should make your stay more comfortable.
Wifi / Computing
Login details can be found in the drawer of the desk in the Sunrise Lounge along with the necessary cables to connect to the monitors in the home. If you brought your laptop feel free to plug in to take either of the setups for a spin.
The mechanical keyboards are functional works of art. We encourage our guests to use them.
Please Enjoy With Our Compliments
A complimentary bottle of Precision has been left for you somewhere in plain sight. Please enjoy it, or leave it for the next guest if you prefer. You are also welcome to anything in the pantries and the refrigerator but freshness cannot be guaranteed. Please also feel free to throw out anything you feel might be spoiled.
Enjoying the Firepit
For your convenience, firewood is available for sale by the Wheel Barrow full. Please send $15 via either Venmo or Cash App using the QR Codes provided on this page for each Wheel Barrow full. We work to offer great value to our guests and we work off the honor system.
Holding down the QR Code in your phone will automatically open the associated App. The first QR Code is for Cash App, the second is for Venmo.
There is fire extinguisher on the floor just inside the front door of the house.
Please do not burn any random wood found around the property or any cardboard in the firepit as this would be a fire hazard.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE FIRE UNATTENDED!
Smokers
If you smoke, please do so outside, there is an ashtray on the ground outside the kitchen sink.

Useful Supplies
Party cups, napkins, plasticware, hot cocoa, coffee, tea, smores supplies, fatwood, and a long lighter for fire starting are available in the area below the microwave.
Enjoy as much as you like, but please do leave behind what you do not use here for future guests. Please also return the lighter after use.
Cleaning supplies and laundry detergent are available under the kitchen sink, in the laundry room cupboard, and in the 2 smallest closets near the laundry room should you require them.
On Your Way Out
Checklist for Departure, Thank You Again for Your Visit
Please leave all used / wet towels in a visible area OFF the rugs and furniture.
Please ensure that any doors or windows you have used are fully closed and locked
Please turn off all lights and appliances, A/C, Oven, Stove, etc.
If you have used the Hot Tub, please reset temperature to 100.
Optional Request Before You Go
If you have time, please wash dishes and take out trash as it may be a while before someone can get here to clean.
Trash Dumpster is a little far, 30 to 40-yard walk from the front door of the house. Its off in the distance somewhere behind the garage.
o There is no recycling available, everything goes in the one dumpster.
o If you feel strongly about recycling, there are several recycling centers on the way out of town all easy to find on google maps. Trash bags are in the cabinet next to the fridge.
